YES/NO: This is not an unusual combination of medication. Members of these families of medications can be and are given together as a protocol. Personally i don't use temazepam in my patients when treating mood or anxiety disorders, however this is just a difference amongst doctors in their choice of sleep meds or med protocols in general feel better.

Yes: You can take them all at the same time, but i agree with your current schedule of using the Prozac (fluoxetine) in the morning and using Mirtazapine and temazepam at bedtime. This is an entirely reasonable regimen. I wish you didn't require the temazepam to help you sleep, but i find that some people need it, even if Mirtazapine usually helps with sleep on its own.
