Although these two: medications are used for treatment of depression there is a slightly increased risk of serotonin syndrome associated with this combination. Whether it is effective will have to be determined clinically. In other words you will see if it works for you. Otherwise the doses are well within the appropriate range. Discuss your concerns with your health care provider who has your whole medical history.

MEDICATION: Best to discuss medication with your Psychiatrist. If uncomfortable with your Dr. consult another for a second opinion. Have a physical exam by a Dr. to determine if you have a physical illness. Consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy with ZOOM sessions.
