Would a negative hiv 1 and 2 blood test mean i definitely do not have hiv or aids from the past?

Yes, conclusive: The HIV blood tests are among the most accurate tests ever developed for any medical condition. If at least 3 months have passed since the last possible exposure (4 weeks for some tests), a negative result is 100% proof you don't have HIV. Once positive, the tests stay positive for life; there are no exceptions. All the standard tests in the US detect HIV2 as well as HIV1.
