Hello. : Hello. Arm pain is a very non-specific symptom and can have many different causes. In the meantime, she might want to consider keeping it warm to relax muscles. Tylenol, (acetaminophen) Aspirin or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications like Motrin might also be helpful.
