Tongue lesion: Greetings. The tongue lesion on the tip is probably a benign fibroma. This most commonly occurs from self induced biting trauma. This may have occurred at night while you are asleep. As tYou look at the lesion, I usually view the associated teeth as the teeth come together in full closure. See your ENT physician for an evaluation and possible excision all biopsy. Good Luck.
