Get it looked at...: ...to be sure but what you describe sounds like a mucocele which is usually a painless small movable swelling caused by an interrupted duct in a minor salivary gland. They sometimes resolve on their own and sometimes require treatment. We can't diagnose via the internet so be sure to get it looked at by a dentist or primary care provider.

Mucocele: Usually they're not a problem and will go away on their own. It can be a common result of a constant trauma. If concerned see a dentist for evaluation and treatment if needed.
