No, but...: If you see a dentist, he\she can determine the cause of your symptoms and advise you what treatment, if any, is needed. It could be one of many things and cannot be diagnosed over the internet without at least a one on one clinical examination.

Blocked duct: Hard to say but you may have a blocked salivary gland duct under tongue. I would see a dentist asap to have this checked.
