Possible sciatica: Possibly a pinched nerve in lower spine or hip region that's radiating down leg, following the nerve .This is Sciatica,+ usually follows episode in past for low back pain. It could be an Herniated Disc or Arthritis in Hip. Recommend lying down on back with knees propped up on pillows, and warm compresses to see if it relieves pressure on nerve. No heavy lifting. If not better, need to see a doctor

Sciatica?: It's possible you are experiencing sciatica which is the irritation of the large sciatic nerve that starts around where your hip is and runs down in your buttocks and down your leg. When it is inflamed or irritated it can cause quite a bit of pain. You can try some naproxen or ibuprofen and heat but if this does not work you may need to see your doctor for stronger treatments. Best wishes to you.
