ER isn't dentist: You need to take him to a dentist or dental clinic for dental care. Ers do not routinely do dental work, even those few with dentists on call usually only address traumatic issues, and then to temporize them for later follow up during normal business hours.

Can't answer: Don't know the rules in canada. Understand, however, if baby teeth have to be removed early your child will require space maintainers to reduce developmental complications.
