Diet? : Your diet can influence your overall health. Sugary drinks and between meal snacking can increase caries formation. It's also possible that you can brush and floss better. Speak to your dentist. ( i assume you go to the dentist every six months).

DIET: Almost certainly it is your diet. However, you may have small grooves / pits which have remained cleansable until now. Often these need to be restored later in life. Ask your dentist about these cavities and work with him/her and the hygienist to determine the cause and the best preventive treatment. Review your suger intake-liquid and solid. Keep this minimal and not continual throughout the day.
