I have mild sinuses pain and pressure in my forehead since three weeks. levofloxacin (2 days left out of 14) and medrol dosepak helped only a little. my symptoms are getting worse when there is a hot weather. i also have polyps. what should i do?

Consult ENT: who are experts on Sinus problems. In the meantime if you have not tried nasal spray, try Flonase (or other steroid) nasal spray 2 sprays in each nostril 2-3 times a day. Nasal spray can be more effective than steroids by mouth because it delivers the steroids right where they are needed. Vicks vapor rub in a vaporizer might also be helpful. Try taking antihistamine if you are not already.

If sinusitis lasts 3 weeks but there are only uncontinously mild pain and mild head pressure should be treated with antibiotics? Levofloxacin doesn't work (despite 12 days of treatment) and I have also polyps in all sinuses.
