Foggy head: Until the sinus infection clears, you will still feel fullness in the head. Try irrigating the nose with saline 50 cc into each nostril 5 times a day. Saline is made mixing one tsp kosher salt to one quart of water. You will need at least 10 days of levaquin (levofloxacin). Good luck and feel better.
