Rhabdo?: If you are referring to rhabdomyolysis, this may be secondary from muscle damage due to secondary to the combination of excessive exercise and excessive use of whey protein. Take 1 week off and lose the whey, modify your workout and drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. The muscle pain will resolve; hover I think you may continue to be sore for another 3-4 weeks
