Urology: Please, stop going to the er for health care that should be managed by your primary care physician or the urologist who is a specialist in kidney stones. You definitely seem to be experienced with this. Please go get this taken care of at the kidney stone specialist's office.

Stretch and Exercise: Even with history of kidney stones, i would suggest stretching out and working in strengthening your cores muscles. Take some anti-inflammatories around the clock for the next few days. If you do not improve after a few days, i would consider evaluation by your doctor for further testing of your spine like MRI and consider other treatment options like stronger medications, therapy or injections.
