Depends : Multivitamin with minerals, vitamin D3, omega 3 if you dislike seafood. (Note that freshwater fish like tilapia have no omega 3. Others when bodybuilding, like creatine. No particular time to take them, other than creatine after a workout. If you have arthritis, glucosamine 2 to 3 grams a day may provide the same pain relief as high dose NSAIDS, but may take a month to become effective.
