It Depends: It depends on the supplement: some require being taken on an empty stomach and some should be taken with food. Some are better in the a and some before bed. Examples: vitamin d should be taken with food that has some fat in it. Chromium is taken right before meals acidophilus should not be taken at the same time as an antibiotic and melatonin should be taken before bed. Let me know which one u nee.
