Yes: This change in meds could be producing the "funny feeling" you describe. Both meds act on similar and different neurotransmitter systems (serotonin and norepinephrine). It may be been an easier transition to taper a little more slowly with Zoloft (Sertraline) and add Effexor (venlafaxine) at a lower dose (37.5mg) to adjust.
