I have been on my period for 32 days now. i had an endometrial ablation done almost 3 years ago and am concerned about this occurring post-ablation.

Needs Evaluation: In some women, the effects of a uterine ablation don't last forever. Sometimes the problem comes back. Bleeding like this is certainly annoying and needs to be evaluated to be sure; however, in the end, it usually doesn't mean anything serious is wrong. Best wishes!

Vaginal bleeding: Any abnormal vaginal bleeding requires professional evaluation in person. There are too many possibilities to even guess at the cause; see your doctor, ideally the one who did the ablation procedure 3 years ago. Good luck!
