Drink to thrist : It is hard to ascertain the amount needed without get a BP checked and or labs. Best option is respond to your symptoms. If thristy drink fluids including water, electrolyte solutions and/or coconut water. If you are dizzy light headed then a formal check is needed. Once u are back on regular diet and fluids your body should correct if there are electrolyte issues. Best of luck
