how long does it take to replenish electrolytes that have been lost during a colonoscopy prep?

No time at all: your colonoscopy prep should have been done with Go-lytely a mixture of laxity r and electrolytes which stops any electrolyte depletion. If not, you can replenish your self in a few hours if otherwise healthy by drinking something electrolyte rich like coconut water.

Should not take time: Bowel prep done for routine colonoscopy will not alter electrolytes significantly , minimum shift into gut will correct itself easily. drink fluids including electrolyte containing fluid like Gatorade , eat as instructed you will be fine in day or so.
