Piles are Hemorrhoid: s.They can be internal or external.The local irritation can be soothed with an OTC steroid cream,but we have to get your stools soft and more easily passable.This is done with daily fiber and a little extra water to your system.It will take a week or two to reregulate your system to have a daily,soft BM without the need to force.U can add daily Metamucil to your high fiber diet. All the best.

Small sack of fluid near anus. It has been there for a long time so i don't think it's a hemorrhoid. Doesn't hurt. I do have problems passing stool ?
