Minimal: Use treatment for your infection and keep the shower clean with a disinfectant. Wear clean dry cotton socks. Direct contact would be the only way to transfer it. All the best.

Atheletes foot: It is very unlikely for fungal infections to transmit through food. Standard handwashing practices would be enough
