Absolutely because: we commonly avoid/suppress ideas/memory which we feel to be unpleasant; a defensive mechanism. Yet, avoiding unpleasant ideas & memories largely guarantees that we do not find; figure out solutions. Thus it becomes extremely important to find someone, or several, worthy of your trust who can help you both open up & find solutions which make sense, work & help you improve your life & successes.

Meds, diseases: Medications or diseases may cause several complaints. You should obtain a good physical exam by your general medical provider. If your vision is blurry in both eyes it is less likely to be an eye problem. Again, it is best to have a good general physical exam.

Anxiety: I understand your discomfort. Mind being overloaded, foggy, blurred vision, and being very forgetful today are likely due to anxiety. There can be other reasons for memory problems such as Alcoholism. Depersonalization is persistent and recurrent experiences of feeling detached as if one is an outside observer of mind or body. See a Psychiatrist for diagnosis, Therapy and medication
