I took a single dose of 0.5mg low-dose naltrexone 4 days ago. since then, ive had brain fog, anxiety and depersonalization. are these symptoms permanent? if not, how long could these symptoms last, and is there anything i can do get rid of them?

I have bad depersonalization with anxiety. Sometimes I get these split seconds where I feel like I'm going to fade out completely/faint. I don't get hot, tunnel vision or dizzy. It only lasts a few seconds. Could that just be the anxiety?
