All vistibular tests are good nothing wrong with my brain or anything like that. i had labyrinthitis since february but he said it's gone now. blurry vision still and dizzy depersonalization, anxiety?

A physical therapist can help you with this recovery. These symptoms can cause a sense of depersonalization and anxiety. That is a natural response to abnormal processing of vestibular input. It will get better with time.
