Regular is good: you have all good habits. I don't think there is anything to worry. Having regular BM is always good. Once in a while LBM is not that uncommon. As long as your daily routine and sleep is not disturbed and no change in color of stool and no blood or pus, loose consistency is not a real concern. Early morning hydration is also good habit. Keep up good life style!!
