I seem to have a pelvic tilt from sitting. how do i fix this?

GetOffYerButtAndMove: Try standing (Duh). An exam of alignment with a physical therapist, chiropractor or osteopathic doctor is in order. There are exercises for this and also various sitting devices but really, there's a lot of evidence against sitting for more than two hours at a stretch.I always get up frequently and stretch then walk a little, and stand a lot at the computer when possible.Google 'problems with sitting'
