Would correcting my anterior pelvic tilt help me to regain some lost height? if so, approx how much?

Not very much: Addressing poor posture can always be helpful, but would have only very modest effects on height ... perhaps not even enough to measure. It might help back pain or other musculoskeletal problems associated with posture. Good wishes:)
