Osteopath: Anterior pelvic tilt (counternutation) can be associated with sciatica, low back and/or pelvic pain, joint hypermobility syndrome (jhs) ;, in my opinion, #fibromyalgia, ibs, pmd, ic, endometriosis, ; rarely pots. If congenital look to jhs as causal. If from childbirths ;/or mechanical injury suspect sacroiliac joint ligament injury with decreased tethering strength. Osteopath can usually discern.
