Rheumatologist: Your child has jeuvenile rheumatoid arthritis? You wonder if the pelvic tilt on xray is from jia or jra. JIA: Juvenile idiopathic arthritis generally involves peripheral joints if it involves the spine or pelvis.it should be distinguished from Enthesitis-related arthritis or Ankylosing spondylitis your child should have HLAB27 done and be closely monitored and treated by a good rheumatologist
