Rheumatologist: Your child has jeuvenile rheumatoid arthritis? You wonder if the pelvic tilt on xray is from jia or jra. Tou should review and talk to your pediatric rheumatologist about your concerns. Ask for a second opinion. The goal of treatment is reducing symptoms and alleviating pain. Hope this helps.

JIA: Juvenile idiopathic arthritis generally involves peripheral joints if it involves the spine or pelvis.it should be distinguished from Enthesitis-related arthritis or Ankylosing spondylitis your child should have HLAB27 done and be closely monitored and treated by a good rheumatologist
