Palpitations: Heartbeats skips are usually not life threatening, see a doctor to exclude serious heart conditions such as atrial fibrillation or heart artery blockages, before assuming a begnin cause. Stay hydrated, try magnesium supplements, avoid stimulants such as caffeine, alcohol (beer, wine & spirits), pseudoephedrine and similar agents that are often present in decongestants, cough & allergy medications.

Svt: caffeine intake can increase the chance of SVT. Try not taking too much. Did you consider having catheter ablation to be cured rather then keep taking meds and restricting yourself ?
