Is holding your stomach whilst eating bad for you?

No: There's no problem there. But I must admit I'm not sure what you mean by "holding your stomach", & what particular problem you fear. Hope that helps.

Depends: What do mean by holding your stomach. If you have your hand on the belly and even if you are pressing is slightly, that will not do any harm nor will do any good. It may be just a habit for you with no basis for doing it. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid
