Try tums (calcium carbonate): If Tums (calcium carbonate) or maalox helps, you are probably just eating food bad for you. If you are constipated consider eating all bran buds to regulate your bowels daily. If you have obesity you are stretching your stomach or starting to reflux.. If you are anxious you may have irritable bowel syndrome and may need a therapist to help you learn how to avoid making your stomach suffer when you are unstable.
