Abdominal : Abdominal pain can be a serious issue . You may be dealing with a simple stomach flu/gastroenteritis. On the other hand thinks like appendicitis, gallstones, pancreatitis, etc. Could be to blame. If your pain is still present seek medical care right away. Best of luck.
