Foreign body injury: On the next business day, you should see an ENT who can examine your ear to make sure that the insect is completely removed from your ear and treat any scrapes in the ear canal. Who chose to flush it out? Organic material in an ear should not be wetted because they can swell. Do not try to treat ear issues at home in the future.
