Hope it helps: An ENT doctor is most likely the one who can help you if your dizziness persists, as Vestibular causes (inner ear issues) are the most common causes of dizziness. If the wax removal does not help, you should be examined and possible Vestibular Rehab/physical therapy can benefit you greatly. Good luck.

If the amlodipine is: causing your blood pressure to drop too much,this could cause dizziness.Get your ears syringes,check your blood pressure when you feel dizzy,and discus with your doc when u go in.
