I've had a lg thigh hematoma ~6wks. its reduced in size some & was minimally painful but is more painful again, even at rest. should i be concerned?

Hematoma : What caused you to have a hematoma ? Trauma ? Increasing pain at rest is not usual and deserves further work up. If you have pain at rest you should get it looked at. Contact your MD. Best of luck
