How accurate are hcg pregnancy hormone blood tests at what would be 15 weeks?

Accuracy in what way: At 15 weeks any pregnancy test would show positive if you were pregnant. The quantitative number, however, would not be very precise about just how pregnant you are. An ultrasound would be better for dating.
