Is a quantitative blood pregnancy test accurate 3 and a half weeks after an encounter? even for a woman with low hcg levels?

A blood test for HCG would be accurate at three and a half weeks after sex. Women normally have HCG less than 5 and greater than 25 is diagnostic of pregnancy. Level between 5 and 25 warrants a repeat test 2-5 days later.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
