How accurate are pregnancy test results. when 2 we're done 4 days after a missed period. a day after that a clinic urine test an hcg blood test, then 5 days later another home test. all being negative.. but showing pregnancy symptoms?

The blood test can determine lower concentrations of hCG than the urine tests, but you may not have produced enough at this time. Symptoms themselves don't confirm or rule out pregnancy since each woman is different and the "symptoms" may be due to something else. Check again 7 to 10 days after a missed period.

From what you described the lady is not pregnant. Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor.
