Last june i had a mesh inserted to repair inguinal hernia. now 37w pregn, how high is the risk of mesh rupturing, being displaced in vaginal delivery?

Should not: as mesh is a tension free repair , fibrous tissue grows around will not allow displacement of mesh , rare occasions can happen . Discuss with your OB doctor , issue will be which is safer to you and baby , not slight chance of recurrence of hernia. Choice is obvious , Good Luck
