Either way: Which ever your doctor recommend to you. C -Section scar will not interfere with hernia scar , Your doctor will recommend which will be safer to you and baby , discuss with your OB doctor and follow that advise .

Yes it is safe: Hernia repair with mesh should not cause any problems with your natural delivery. Good luck with your baby.
