Are there any signs of an erupted groin hernia? do all hernias erupt if not surgically removed? can a ruptured hernia cause sepsis?

Bad pain: If they contain intestines the tight restriction (incarceration) of a hernia can cut off blood supply leading the intestines to die , leaking germs (rupture) like e.coli & yeast into the tissues. These germs will eventually reach the bloodstream & kill the person. Surgery & recovery are shorter & safer before a rupture. Some hernias are more prone to rupture than others. Waiting can be deadly
