NSAIDs : If u have no allergies, nsaids are best bc the reduce swelling as well as pain. Obviously consult ur physician first.

OTC NSAIDS: Use naprosyn (naproxen) or ibuprofen. The max dosage of naprosyn (naproxen) is 1000mg/day and Ibuprofen is 3600mg a day in 4 divided doses.
