I have a pain in the side of my foot that has moved onto the bridge, it was fine at first but now i cannot put pressure on it nevertheless walk on it.

Several issues : This pain could be related to several issues like plantar fasciitis, a stress fracture, Lis franc injury, various tendon injuries and other assorted injuries. Unfortunately without examining you it is very difficult to better identify the problem. Your best bet is to see a doctor so that a more accurate diagnosis and plan of care can be determined.
