Hair, pregnancy: Hirsutism does not change during pregnancy or breast feeding largely because hair that has already grown in will not go away unless shaved/ plucked/ etc. Hair thinning is not so much affected by PCOS to begin with, but women sometimes have temporary alterations in head hair, particularly after delivery. Check out telogen effluvium online. Good wishes.
