As we get older, our estrogen declines and while testosterone declines as well, sometimes estrogen falls faster than testosterone which means that testosterone expresses itself more as we age. If you are having regular menstrual cycles, you don't have pcos. You could try some hormonal birth control to help with acne and unwanted hair.
