A member asked:

I have been diagnosed with pcos about a year ago, but with i do not understand is that i do not have excess hair or even struggling with my weight. is it possible to have pcos without those two symptoms?

PCOS is different: Yes! PCOS is different with different people. The criteria for PCOS are 1) multiple cysts on ovaries (2) irregular periods (3) signs of increased testosterone including excess hair. So, you can have the first 2 criteria, and not the signs of increased testosterone, and still rule in.
