Could be sinus: Could be acute sinusitis. However the cause depends on the rest of the history and exam. For ex: if one had a recent trauma, those symptoms could be due to a facial injury. Best to see your doc for evaluation.

Two possibilities: In my experience, acute sinusitis is rarely accompanied with facial swelling, although that is one possibility. The other possible cause is that you have a dental infection with swelling of your face. We need to know the location of the swelling and if you have a dental abscess. You may want to see your dentist first to rule out a serious dental infection. An ENT consult would follow.
