Do not do it!!: One of the biggest problems with stopping smoking is that sometimes people get overconfident and think they can just smoke one again, "for the feeling" or for some other reason. Don't do it. The risks of falling back into the habit/addiction are too great.

Clean body or mind?: Smoking for one day would likely not have a dramatic impact on your health atop of what your previous smoking history may have already done. But your plan is a testament to the permanent effect of smoking on your mind, and how remaining smoking-free is a life battle that never truly ends. Would be wise not to tempt fate and put your "plan" aside.

Don't recommend it: as most people who try one do not stop at one and are back to smoking as much of more than they did before. Do not ruin your 2 years of not smoking.
